"..I am just going to let today be today"

I owe $54 in overdue book fees. I don’t know how I let it come to this. There goes my “coffee” fund. I have been humbly reminded that I am a student.

In other news, I could potentially graduate in Spring ‘11. I’ve been obsessed with getting out of school and now that it is actually so close, I am beginning to rethink things.

I would have to take full courseloads for  both semesters and three summer classes in order to graduate when I “want” to.

I guess it wouldn’t be the end of the world if I didn’t get my degree in 4 years.

Or I could just live for today. That sounds like a wonderful idea:)

what's my age again....

I just did the dishes and it wasn’t even my turn. I actually really enjoy doing them. It’s strange. I wonder if that means I’m maturing or something. That’s highly unlikely though. I punched my sister in the leg in church today and that definitely isn’t something a mature person would do. In my defence, I was provoked. Also, a mature person would be working hard on their syntax paper and not writing trivial blogs. I tried doing homework earlier, but it literally put me to sleep. I had like an hour long nap. Also, a mature person wouldn’t use like in their blog.

I went to an Epicure party tonight (google it). I consumed a large amount of dip and crackers. I thought eating beforehand would curb my appetite, but seriously, when smoky ranch dip and cheddar and jalapeno dip and all of these other amazing dips are sitting on a table next to an assortment of chips and crackers, it’s kind of impossible not to eat it. And besides, it would be rude not to sample it. I was simply fulfilling my duty as an Epicure party go-er. Justification enough for me. Now I just have to justify that stinkin’ starbucks I had yesterday…
